As it is, the topic of animal cruelty is a rather devolved matter for several people. Moreover, reports claim that both the Scottish as well as the Northern Irish parliaments have reserved their own customized punishments in regards to animal cruelty.

The bill is also better known as the Finn’s Law, which was actually spearheaded by the man himself, Dave Wardell alongside his best pal and an adorable pup named Finn. They are both members of the Thin Blue Paw Foundation too, which is actually a charity that supports families that adopt police dogs that become retired from the force.
