Biden Warns White House Staff He’ll ‘Fire Them On The Spot’ If They Show Disrespect


President Joe Biden is focusing on great ethics and morals after recently issuing a warning to his staff members.

According to media reports, the 46th president of the United States was caught telling his staff, “I will fire you on the spot for disrespect to others.” The number of appointees who received the warning ran in 1000’s as they received the warning via a live video conference.

Joe Biden made it clear that there was zero tolerance for poor professional conduct as he swore his giant crew comprising of political aides. The ceremony took place ‘virtually’ and is reported to help gear the president towards a successful federal bureaucracy.

“I am not joking when I say this to you: If you are working by my side and I hear you treat another colleague with disrespect or plan on talking down to someone, I will surely fire you on the spot, ” he boldly mentioned. Speaking to a mega video screen, the new president also mentioned how there would be no ‘ifs’ and ‘buts’ regarding the incident.

In addition, Biden mentioned how each and every individual is entitled to be treated with both decency and dignity. Taking a direct aim at Trump, he also added how both these professional codes of conduct were missing, for the last 4 years. And that clearly pointed towards former President Trump’s reign.

Joe Biden also declared how his administration would be judged, whether or not they restored integrity as well as competency in the Government. And for that, he needed his team’s support and cooperation.

The former Vice President took office, during the noontime at the Capitol in DC. He even mentioned to aides how he was going to make plenty of mistakes. But whenever he does, he plans on acknowledging them. Also, he pointed how he will require their assistance in terms of correcting them too.
