Sue Bettridge is a hardcore fitness enthusiast who loves working out at the gym. In fact, that is not only where she found out more about living a healthy lifestyle but also where she found the love of her life too.

Taking up the hobby of working out at the age of 40, this woman is certainly a goal for many others because that’s probably the age many would consider retiring from healthy lifestyles.

Sue explains how she dreaded heading towards her first gym competition. Clad in nothing but her homemade bikini, she was literally shaking in the knees. But before you know it, she actually won the competition, shocking her own self by miles.

Today, at 54 years old, Sue claims she is at the top of her game when it comes to looking great and feeling great. Sue hails from Palmerston North, which is located in New Zealand. She also has so many championships under her belt.

Even at this age, this granny works out 90 minutes a day, six days a week! Wow, how’s that for inspiring? But what really motivates her to do her absolute best is the presence of her sporty fiance Simon Roelants, who is 60 and by her side. The duo workout like there’s no tomorrow and it’s a unique relationship, to say the least.
