BRITs 2020: Lizzo Display Her Moves In A Tan Leather Bodysuit She Rocks The Stage But Misses out The Best International Female To Billie Eilish


Lizzo, 31, rolled out the red carpet on Tuesday night as she took to the Brit Awards stage at the O2 Arena.

She looked stunning as she played a selection of her best tracks in a woven tan leather bodysuit.

She has been nominated for best International Female but ended up missing out  the award on Billie Eilish.

In the past year she dominated the charts with her songs, Truth Hurts, Juice and Good as Hell brought them on a show to remember as she performed her amazing songs. The glamorously cloaked star controlled the floor, and was accompanied by a host of backup dancers, and executed a variety of energetic dances.

The amazing singer was admired as an icon of body positivity, she wore a woven bodysuit with contrasting sandals and styled her hair in a ponytail.

Host Jack Whithall started off the BRIT awards by presenting a glass of champagne to the international female artist nominee, and joked as well that has some “Fizzo for Lizoo” which seemed funier.

Nonetheless she seemed to have mistaken him for just a staff member when she told him to fix her flute and take her dry cleaning. Persuading himself as a suitable host, Jack then attempted some new looks, featuring Liam Gallagher, Chewbacca and Harry-inspired outfits.

Lizzo lost to Billie Eilish out on Best International Female. The 18-year-old singer received her award from Mel C.

After her win Billie said:  “Thank you sporty! Until I say anything you girls are the only reason I exsist you deserve this. London has often felt like a home away from home, I just stuttered, saying your name. Thank you to my brother, family and my team”.

Billie uttered an emotional speech to the crowd before blinking back tears and she said: “I wanted to say something I was feeling, recently I felt really hated, but when I was on stage I saw you all smiling recently-it really made me feel like I was weeping-and I want to cry right now”.

Despite a major revision of the Brits ‘ voting academy in 2017 to make it more gender balanced and varied, the lack of nominations in for female artists tends to come with hundreds of new participants allowed to join the pool.
