China Concealing Tens Of Thousands of Deaths As Police Is Seen Beating Citizens Trying To Escape Wuhan

In the wake of coronavirus China has been criticized of concealing the terrible death toll of tens of thousands of individuals from coronavirus and wreaking a possible surge of new outbreaks by besieging out of quarantine at the epicenter of the outbreak to help bring the economy of the country to a head.

A pile of coffins at a funeral home in Wuhan, official city funeral service prices, and rumors of an exhausted health care network have sparked fears that Wuhan’s real COVID-19 death toll may be high in numbers — notwithstanding the Chinese government announcing 2,535 deaths from just over 50,000 coronavirus infections.

Officials of the Communist Party are accused of falsifying data to cover a calamitous body count in Wuhan Province of Hubei in a deceptive move to encourage it to race ahead of other developed economies by returning to business while large portions of the world remain frozen by the pandemic.

In December 2019, the coronavirus epidemic was first detected in Wuhan, Hubei, before spreading throughout the world, killing more than 33,000 as of Sunday worldwide. China’s robust methods of prevention have accelerated the virus domestically, with official new cases officially plummeting in recent weeks.

Till now, about 81,000 cases and 3,300 deaths have been reported in Beijing, mainly in Wuhan, the epicenter of the virus epidemic. Yet several individuals, including U.S. officials, have accused China of underplaying the real mortality rate for coronavirus.

A skepticism was triggered by attempts of Chinese authorities to cover up early signs of the extent of the outbreak — before the epidemic was prevalent overseas — and by the various changes made to how domestic cases are recorded. At the height of the epidemic in China, Wuhan’s hospital system was overloaded which further raises concerns about the officially confirmed 2,535 deaths.

Images started circulating via Chinese social media this week of urns arriving at the outbreak’s epicenter, after families who had lost loved ones to the novel coronavirus were ordered to pick up cremated ashes from one of the city’s nearby funeral homes.

Several residents of Wuhan estimate that the death toll for coronavirus may be 26,000, based on the amount of urns shipped and spread across the region. People on Chinese social media have said that seven Wuhan funeral homes are expected to deliver an average of 3,500 urns a day from March 23rd to April 4th, which marks Qing Ming, the annual festival of tomb-sweeping.

‘Whenever there is anything adverse, they cover things up. Today people are laughing at China’s figures-but when they have previously proclaimed such a huge deception, they have no choice but to keep on pretending.
