“A musical sneak peek at the walls inside my office.

So grateful for each step of this wonderful journey.

I’ve started a company.

Our mission statement is to create entertaining content, focusing on themes that will help to bridge the growing divide in our country and world. You know, make the world a better place. No biggie, you’re welcome, but it’s whatever.”

Amongst binary extremes without a middle or compromise, Chris Pratt’s mission couldn’t come at a better time.

Robb Willer, a sociology professor at Stanford University said:

“The volatile tribalism now so ingrained in American life eventually will right itself, but not until the public decides it’s had enough and stops rewarding people in the public eye who use incendiary language and demonize the other side.”

He emphasized:

“That is the question of our time: Are we going to choose to continue the war, or are we going to choose peace? And we don’t know yet what the answer to that will be, because while a majority of Americans are fed up with the extremity of our political divisions, it does feel like we’re stuck here.”

The rivalry between parties continues to grow for several years now. In fact, it came to the point that studies conducted show Republicans and Democrats don’t want to date one another, don’t want their children to marry one another and don’t want to live in the same neighborhoods.

In fact, the public, especially on social media, started using increasingly apocalyptic language, the stuff of fearful, juvenile xenophobia rather than nonjudgmental words which opens curiosity and results to peaceful coexistence. And that’s what the actor wants to accomplish.

Chris Pratt often shares his Christian faith in public. While accepting an award at the 2018 MTV Movie & TV Awards, he told the audience:

“God is real. God loves you. God wants the best for you. Believe that – I do.”

His acceptance speech even referenced Christ’s atoning death.

“People are going to tell you that you’re perfect just the way that you are.”

“You’re not. You’re imperfect. You always will be, but there is a powerful force that designed you that way, and if you’re willing to accept that, you will have grace. And grace is a gift. And like the freedom that we enjoy in this country, that grace was paid for with somebody else’s blood.”
