Justin Baldoni recently shared a photo of him, his father, and his own little girl as well as the important lessons he learned from his father about such moments.

Baldoni, most popular for his part on the show “Jane the Virgin,” shared a photo his wife, Emily, took while the family was shopping at the neighborhood Whole Foods

In it, Baldoni, alongside his dad, gazes down at his little girl, Maiya.

She was crying and on the floor wailing, while the two men looked quiet, practically entertained, yet not in a deriding way.

They are unquestionably not embarrassed in spite of a crowd of individuals around them in the store.

When Baldoni posted the photo on his Facebook, he recalled the way his father used to act during the actor’s own tantrums, and how it helped shape him into the man he is today.

“My dad always let me feel what I needed to feel, even if it was in public and embarrassing,” he wrote.
