The judges’ panel said the case lacks evidence and has no merit, and thus, they denied the appeal on Friday. They said that the number of ballots challenged by Trump’s legal team was far smaller than the margin of Joe Biden’s victory.

“An election does not become unfair if someone calls it unfair. If you are making any such claim, you have to bring specific allegations supported by solid and reasonable proofs. In this case, we have neither,” wrote US Circuit Judge Stephanos Bibas. He was appointed by Donald Trump and is a former law professor at the University of Pennsylvania.

A week before the court decision, Rudy Giuliani, Trump’s lawyer, had a five-hour-long verbal argument insisting that the 2020 presidential elections were not fair. However, Giuliani failed to provide any substantial proof. The 3rd US Circuit Court Of Appeals supported the decision of denial of Trump’s appeal.

On November 5, two days after the elections, Trump posted on Twitter, “US Supreme court should decide.” This indicates that he is hoping the supreme court to intervene and change the decision the same way as it did in 2005.

Trump and his supporters are calling the elections flawed ever since November 3. They filed cases in six battleground states to block the results, but so far, no judge gave a decision in their favor. Almost every judge had dismissed their complaint of scam and fraud voters.
