A 16-year-old Girl Is Raped In Liverpool City Center Hotel, As Cops Arrested Six Men


A 16-year-old girl raped in Liverpool city center hotel earlier this morning, police arrested six men, aged between 18 and 20.

The incident was reported to the police before 4:30 am on 30th August, Sunday. The teenager was said to be assaulted in an apartment in the Uno building on Temple Court. Police arrested six men and took them to the police station for questioning by the detectives.

This horrific incident happened in an apartment in the Uno building on Temple Court, where a 16-year old girl raped, and before 4:30 am the incident was reported to the police.

The police rushed inside the building after the alleged attack took place. Police arrested six men on the suspicion and took them to police stations across Merseyside for questioning.

According to the police, they have arrested two 20-year-old men on suspicion of rape, and also the other four men who are 18-year olds, on the suspicion of assisting a person to engage in the assault without consent.

People who were there when the police were making arrests, reported that they have seen a number of young men escorted by the police and they put them into different police vans.

Merseyside Police said that forensic examinations are going on at the crime scene, and the 16-year-old girl and her family are receiving specialist support.

A spokesperson said that the investigation has been launched and they had arrested six men. Two 20-year-old men, one is from Congleton in Cheshire, and the other one is from Stoke-on-Trent on the suspicion of raping a teenager.

Three men who are 18, and one who is 19-year old, had been arrested on the suspicion of assisting a person to involve in sexual activity without consent, all are from Stoke-on-Trent.

The spokesperson also stated that all six of them are in police stations where they will be questioned by the detectives.

He also added that the teenager and her family are receiving specialist support and treatment at the moment, and the forensic examinations are ongoing at the scene of the crime.
