Queen Elizabeth Requests for Prince Harry, Meghan Markle and Baby Archie’s Return to U.K.


Queen Elizabeth II has requested for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to return to the U.

K. and join the royal family for the annual Commonwealth service at Westminster Abbey on March 9.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are expected to be back on Britain to attend the said event together with their son, Baby Archie.

The couple will be attending the service as president and vice-president of the Queen’s Commonwealth Trust.

Government representatives from each of the 53 Commonwealth nations will attend the one-hour event alongside the royal family members.

This special ceremony is said to be particularly fitting for the royal couple, as they have decided to make Canada their home.

The Sussexes are expected to attend the service as part of a whistlestop tour to wrap up their royal duties in Britain, and March 9 could be the last time the royals are seen together for an official engagement.

Come April, Prince Harry and Meghan will officially step down as senior members of the royal family and will be free to settle into their new non-royal life.

This also means they will cease to receive funding from the Crown Estate and will be pursuing their own income.

They family have been staying in their $14 million mansion in Vancouver, Canada where they enjoy living a quiet life.

However, they were reported to have taken a quick trip to Miami last week, Prince Harry gave a speech at a JP Morgan investment event.

Reports say that on his speech, Harry shared his experience on facing his grief upon losing his mother, Princess Diana, and his decision to leave the royal family.

Meghan reportedly spoke to the event as well, focusing on her love for her husband.

While it is not officially confirmed, reports say that the speech earned them $1 million, and they could make a living speaking at corporate events in the future.
