Her family has moved to Miami and she decided to get on with the beach lifestyle and tried surfing.

On Mother’s Day, May 9, Ivanka together with her three kids Arabella, 9, Joseph, 7, and Theo, 5, has tried surfing and ended up accidentally hitting her youngest child in the face with her surfboard.

Ivanka was seen making an attempt to stand up and catch a ride on the waves, when a wayward wave brought her into the path of her youngest son, Theo, who was paddling at the moment, causing them to collide.

The tip of her surfboard could be seen hitting her son directly on the head and she looked horrified as she watched her surfboard smack Theo on the side of his face and was in total pain from the collision.

Fortunately, it wasn’t a serious injury and Theo appeared to be unharmed, so the lesson continued.

Hopefully, it taught Ivanka and her kids a lesson to not ride too close to each other when trying to catch the same wave. The rest of the surf session seemed to go off injury-free.

The mother of 3 kept giving her best, and she appeared to get a handle of the board after few attempts until she was finally able to ride the waves on a surfboard, and the same goes for her children.

She wore black leggings and a long-sleeved blue rash guard with the South Beach Surf Club logo on the front. She could also be seen cheering on her kids as they each went about their own lessons with surf instructors and Theo appeared to recover quickly from his collision with his mom.

Prior to heading south after spending four years in Washington D.C., the couple bought a $32 million piece of land in Indian Creek Island, also known as Billionaire’s Bunker for its exclusivity and a limited number of land plots.

Until their dream home gets built, the family is staying in an ultra-luxury condo in the exclusive Arte Surfside building just across a waterway from Indian Creek Island in the town of Surfside, Florida.
