Kanye West is in the news again and this time, the rapper is considering a possible dropout from the current presidential elections.
Moreover, the rapper questioned whether or not black people were supposed to vote for Joe Biden, a popular Democratic nominee.
Kanye announced his bid for the presidency on July 4th, where he held his very first campaign rally at South Carolina, last Sunday. However, the rapper has not yet begun a complete campaign.
The 43-year-old made headlines again when he began questioning whether or not he should postpone his very controversial run until the year 2024.
The news came in the form of a surprising tweet, late Tuesday. Simultaneously, he also shared with audiences a rather confusing look over his ‘2020 vision.’
The rapper hashtagged ‘#2020vision or maybe ‘24’, alongside an image consisting of his signature orange paper, that contained listings of soundtracks from his latest upcoming music album.
The rapper questioned:
‘I guess all the black people are supposed to vote on Biden?’ Y’all want me to run or Nah???’
Kanye shared the music compilation list for the second time on Tuesday, reinforcing the fact that his new album was soon due for release, this Friday.
He stated:
‘DONDA: WITH CHILD new album and movie this Friday.’
The 43-year-old singer’s ironic skepticism regarding his continuation for the presidential run comes just a day after his wild Twitter rant.
Here, the rapper accused wife, Kim Kardashian, of possibly attempting to fly in doctors who would lock the singer up. This was in light of his very public breakdown that occurred during a campaign rally, last Sunday.
Last Monday, Kanye tweeted a very personal message, where he asked his wife and mother in law to call him. This was closely followed by a rant of accusations hurled at them for attempting to get doctors to lock him.
The tweets were released just moments after the singer’s presidential speech at a South Carolina rally.
The rather shocking speech contained personal information about how the couple considered aborting their daughter North West, who is now 7 years old.
However, all the tweets relating to Kim were deleted in one hour.
Now, the singer is having second thoughts about his election bid as he continues to hide in his multi-million dollar ranch in Wyoming. The rapper seems to have lost all trust in his wife and is currently residing alongside a few selected friends.
Kanye has always appeared very critical of presidential candidate Joe Biden, especially during his last interview with Forbes, last month.
He said:
‘A lot of times just like political parties they feel all Blacks have to be Democrat. This man, Joe Biden, said if you don’t vote for me, then you are not black.’
Kanye’s West 2020 presidential run has been controversial from the very start but it hit an all-time high when he called out his wife on Twitter, with the most blatant accusations.
