In Brazil, a kindergarten teacher has been arrested after asking her young students to hold men’s penises and taking pictures of them.
Tatiana Araujo, 39, was supposed to be a role model, and care for the 25 toddlers at the Cantinho da Alegria nursery.
Araujo took gut-wrenching photographs of children left in her care, eventually exposing her pedophile sex ring.
One of the shocking photos shows an innocent little girl stares blankly at the camera while holding a man’s genital.
Another image shows another young girl, not older than five, bent over a man’s groin, while others show young kids sitting on a man and a woman’s laps.
Araujo is also accused of grooming children as young as two years old for her own sexual gratification and taking the innocent kids to a wealthy criminal lawyer, Roberto Malvar, so he too could sexually abuse them.
The horrifying ordeal shook the whole country of Brazil to its core.
Araujo and Malvar are reported to have met years prior, when the new kindergarten tutor allegedly worked as a prostitute, with Malvar believed to be a paying client.
According to the police, during Araujo’s two-month employment as a nurse teacher, she was able to photograph naked children, recording videos of them, and took close-up images of their genitals and shared it with Malvar.
Reports said that believed Araujo was paid heaps amount of money for her vile endeavors.
Araujo allegedly took the kids into the bathrooms, shut the door, and undressed them on several occasions.
The sickening photos are being used by police as strong evidence against Malvar and Araujo.
“We got a search warrant to confiscate Mr Malvar’s computers, pen drives, and mobile phones,” Detective Cristiana Bento, who is leading the investigation, has said.point 341 |
“When we opened the computer files and scanned Facebook, we were shocked to find a huge quantity of explicit material, videos, and images of children and naked babies.point 142 | ”point 145 | 1
“To our horror, we realized that not only had these terrible images been downloaded but there were stored photographs apparently showing that this could be a man who was actively abusing children too,” Bento added.
“We found images and footage of children being sexually assaulted and children having sex,” Bento explained. “It was heavy and upsetting.”
“I’ve never seen anything like it,” the detective said.
Malvar was arrested at his house in Rio de Janeiro for possessing photos and pornographic videos of children, and pedophilia. He denied all allegations.
Araujo was arrested shortly after finishing her work at the kindergarten, and both have been detained in a high-security prison.
Viviane Carvalho, the kindergarten owner told MailOnline that she cannot believe that Araujo, who she grew up with as a child, could do such a sickening crime.
“My world fell apart when I found out what Tatiana was meant to have been doing right under my nose,” Carvalho said. “I employed Tatiana because her father had been kind to my family when I was small.”
“When my single mother lost our house he bought it and refused to make us homeless,” Carvalho added. “As a way of paying back his generosity I was happy to give Tatiana a job years later when she approached me a few months ago.”
“I have worked hard to give the children in my care a safe environment,” Carvalho said. “Now all that I had built up was about to be destroyed because the trust of the parents had been broken.”
“I am still reeling from the shock and cannot sleep at night,” she said. “What hurts the most is I was completely unaware of what she was meant to be doing.”
According to Brazil’s Department for Human Rights, every hour, almost three allegations of child sexual abuse and exploitation are registered in the country of over 200 million people.
