Kyle Rittenhouse, Who Allegedly Gunned Down Two BLM Protesters, Faces Two First-degree Homicide Charges


17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse, who shot down two people and injuring another in Kenosha, is facing multiple homicide charges.

The shooting took place in Kenosha, Wisconsin, where 17-year old Kyle Rittenhouse, opened fire killing two people and injuring another during the Black Lives Matter protest. He told the media that it was his job to protect the building against all the protestors in Kenosha, that is why he fired the gun.

The demonstration in Kenosha, Wisconsin, was to support 29-year-old Jacob Blake, who got shot seven times in his back by the police officers.

This incident happened on the third day of the demonstration, Kyle Rittenhouse shot three people, where two people killed at the moment, and one got injured.

Kyle Rittenhouse was arrested on Wednesday at his mother’s house in Antioch, Illinois, and charged with six criminal counts over the shootings.

Kyle is charged with first-degree homicide. Prosecutors filed more charges against Kyle Rittenhouse, one count of reckless homicide, one count of attempted homicide and two counts of endangering safety.

He is also being charged with possession of a weapon. Possession of dangerous weapons under the age of 18 is a serious crime he is under the custody of the Lake County juvenile detention facility. He is asked to appear before the court on Friday to face the conviction of a crime.

The shooting that happened on Tuesday night, two victims have been identified. 26-year- old Anthony Huber, who was from Silver Lake, and 36-year-old Joseph Rosenbaum was from Kenosha both died at the incident. Gaige Grosskreutz, who is 26-year-old got injured.

The video that circulated on social media shows a man who is running down the street with a long gun, and the crowd is following the man. The individual fell to the ground, and later several gunshots can be heard.

17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse is the former member youth police cadet program, and he is familiar with different guns. The program offers youth the opportunity to explore different careers in law enforcement, but because of the age and the state’s law, the chief of the department said nothing about the case.
