Matthew McConaughey Reveals His Dad Died Of A Heart Attack During S** With Mom


The Oscar-winner actor, Matthew McConaughey, is preparing to publicize his new memoir, whose title is “Greenlights.

In his new autobiography, the chapter named “Dazed and Confused,” McConaughey writes about his family’s history, in one part, he is telling about his beloved father, James Donald McConaughey, who died just how he thought he always would, in bed with his wife, Mary Kathlene McCabe.

Matthew said he got a call from his mother, and she said, “Your dad died.” The actor continued, he couldn’t believe it, he thought nothing or nobody could kill his father, well except his mom. James always told him and to his brothers that if he is gonna die, it will be while he is making love to their mom. And that’s how it happened. James had a heart attack when he climaxed, Matthew added.

James Donald McConaughey died in 1992, he and his wife, Kay, had an off-and-on relationship. They got married three different times after their third wedding, Matthew was born.

Matthew also said his parents were sometimes violent, but that’s how they communicated. They were divorced twice and got married three times. He continued, it was like the Pacific Ocean in a storm.

In the interview, Matthew described the moment when he was four years old; his mother threatened his father with a knife after making a rude remark about his weight. He said this kind of behavior was common between them.

He pointed out that unlike his parents, he cannot remember the last time he raised his voice in front of her wife, Camila Alves. He said that it takes a lot for him to explode, and he thinks he is doing a very good job trying to maintain and care for the relationship.

Mathew has three children with his wife Camila, 12-year-old Levi, 10-year-old Vida, and eight-year-old Livingston. His upcoming memoir also covers his Hollywood career and now-infamous brush with the law in 1999.
