The startling news came during a time when two officials from the Republican side refused to carry out the certification in Michigan’s Wayne County for the 2020 US elections. However, after receiving blasting from a Democratic poll watcher, the duo had no choice but to backflip on their decision.

Both Monica Palmer as well as William Hartmann serve as Republican members for Wayne County’s board. On the contrary, their bizarre actions sparked fury on Tuesday when they both announced how they wouldn’t sign off with their district’s count, which clearly showed Biden’s lead by a whopping 148,000 votes.

Meanwhile, the two Republicans faced backlash via a recent Zoom meeting, held with Ned Staebler. Here, the influential businessman from Michigan, renowned for his role as a fierce poll watcher in the giant county, lambasted the pair.

Staebler expressed extreme rage with the following words:

“I just want you all to know that the Trump stink.” He followed the harsh statement on how the Republicans are covering themselves in a stain of racism that will follow them throughout history.

The outrage was related in context to how the Republicans failed to agree towards certification of election results in the state of Detroit. In particular, Detroit houses a population that comprises around 80 percent of members from the Black community.

Staebler also pointed out how the Republican pair seemed to have zero qualms towards results certification from any nearby city which housed 95% of Whites. This is despite the major fact that there were huge discrepancies amid votes casts to those counted in that particular area.

But the fierce dialogue didn’t end there. Staebler also called out both Harmann and Palmer for previously certifying the primary election that took place during the start of the year. Here, he commented on how the discrepancies were much greater than those seen in the November 3rd elections.

He ended the meeting, calling the two Republicans as ‘completely racist with zero understanding of integrity and human decency.’
