Mike Tyson Shows Off His Thrilling Physique-Credits His Vegan Diet As He Prepares To Return To Boxing


The 53-year-old heavyweight legend Mike Tyson prepares for a boxing comeback, managed to show off its phenomenal body transformation.

Tyson recently published a viral video of him hitting the pads trying to prove that he has not lost both speed and strength of his trademark.

A diet of steaks, alcohol , and drugs after his retirement in 2005 saw his weight balloon to 27 stone. He converted to a plant-based diet back in 2010, helping him lose a lot of weight while even saying that it helps to relieve some of his health concerns.

This comes after the legendary puncher has announced that he will make a ring comeback to play in exhibition fights-15 years after he retires.

Moreover, a photo of Tyson, now weighing about 240 lb, posted online, next to his new trainer, MMA coach Rafael Cordeiro, showed the American in fighting condition having utilized time in lockdown to start practicing again.

Tyson spoke about his diet in an interview with GQ Sports in 2019: “I don’t eat anything that has a mother and a father.

“If you were created by a mother and father through some form of intercourse, I wouldn’t eat you.”

“So I just eat vegetables and stuff.”

And please try to eat vegetables.

 

And even on May 23, the boxing phenomenon will make the first appearance with WWE’s biggest rival, All Elite Wrestling (AEW), where he’ll be on hand to give the first TNT Championship to the company’s tournament champion.
