There’s no culture on earth that is void of music. Music represents our notions and feelings so strongly that we feel like we can’t keep it at an arm’s length. Music can be enjoyed in loneliness too, but it gets more thrilling when you groove to it with the like-minded people around.

Music festivals and concerts are a way of honouring life for the people living their youth in the most zestful manner. But it’s really lamentable that no concerts are going to be held in Australia till the rise of new year. Until we see the first dawn of 2021, there will be no concerts or any type of music fetes in Australia.

Prime minister Scott Morrison, along with his cabinet, is going to review the restrictions on May 11. They are going to see where they can be flexible. They are willing to give some relaxation to the public as the situation seems pretty much under control. Music festivals and concerts will be the last thing to be allowed this year.

Whether people like it or not, they will have to comply with the decision the government has made to ensure their safety. They will have to wait for things to get back to normal and until then, they need to adhere to social distancing and stay-at-home rules.

Despite the fact that Australia has done a great job containing the virus and its expansion, social distancing has to be lingered to oust the chances of a second outbreak. The Australian government has to be pragmatic and hard-nosed in order to quell the mass-transmission.
