Rittenhouse’s attorney Lin Wood produced an 11-minute video through FightBack Foundation on Tuesday, and argued that other shots were fired before and after the first fatal shooting that killed 36-year-old Joseph Rosenbaum.

In the earlier video, people can be seen pursuing the teen shortly after killing Rosenbaum and before shooting Anthony Huber and Gaige Grosskreutz.

The new video shows a dispute between Rosenbaum and the men guarding a nearby gas station before the shooting occurred.

It also shows Rittenhouse fleeing from Rosenbaum, in which the attorneys believed that their client was one of the guards with whom the latter had an earlier dispute.

“Directly in front of Rittenhouse, armed with bats and other weapons, a mob is forming a barricade,” according to the news video.

A gunshot with a muzzle flash was captured on video, although it was unclear who fired the weapon.

Shortly after, Rittenhouse fired his rifle at Rosenbaum and hit him four times, in which his lawyers pointed out that it has not yet proven that all of those bullets came from the rifle.

Rittenhouse tried to call 911, but had to flee as an angry mob started to gather and tried to attack him when he tripped and fell.

He then shot and killed Huber when the latter tried to attack him with a skateboard, then proceeded to shoot Grosskreutz, striking him in the right bicep before the managed to point his handgun.

The lawyers were also able to unearth a social media post that captured Grosskreutz’s friend who said, “His only regret was not killing the kid and hesitating to pull the gun before emptying the entire mag into him.”

Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi defended Rittenhouse’s actions, commenting that he is just a “little boy” who was merely “trying to protect his community.”

“You have got a 17-year-old out there trying to protect his state,” Bondi added.

“He is helping people who have been injured. He has paramedic training from being a lifeguard. He is taking graffiti off walls. He is trying to mitigate the chaos out there.”
