A mother of nine children is going viral after sharing her story with the world regarding her breastfeeding journey.
Amanda Owen is a renowned and familiar face on the famous Channel 5 show called ‘Our Yorkshire Farm’, which not only follows her and her husband but also their entire country lifestyle on the farm which is located in Ravenseat, Upper Swaledale.

Despite the fact that she has one whole farm to run while taking care of her giant family too, she still chose to breastfeed all of her children over a span of 15 long years. And when questioned as to why she actually did it all in the first place, well, it had to do with the simple fact that it was much easier than bottle feeding.
“But why wouldn’t I,” the mom explained to Country and Town House in an interview that she conducted in the month of November last year.
“It’s so much easier, the temperature is also perfect and when you’re out and about on the fields lambing, what else are you going to do to spend time?”
Ever since then, Amanda explains how she actually ended up delivering her 8th kid without her husband Clive who reportedly missed the birth.
Selecting to deliver her child at home, the mum of nine says that the mere thought of staying home and delivering was just a good option for her. As far as her delivery partner was concerned, it was none other than her terrier dog. But what really shocked plenty is how she tried to wake her husband up but he chose to opt-out himself.
