College Student Donates GameStop Fortune To Buy Videogames For Sick Kids


A college student from Minnesota is going viral after donating some of his newfound videogame fortunes for a noble cause.

According to media reports, Hunter Kahn used plenty of his GameStop stock gains to spread smiles amongst sick children recently. The mechanical engineering student is from Cornell University and he reportedly gave away six mega Nintendo Switches, alongside a heap of other games. The teen purchased these goods from GameStop and now, he believes there are more deserving people who need to smile.

Hunter talked about the great difficulties and miseries such young kids have to deal with on a daily basis and he added that if he was in their situation, his life would be miserable. Now, the college student hopes that his tiny efforts can spread smiles across the sick kids’ faces while making their lives a little less miserable.

Sharing heart-melting pictures through his social media account on Instagram, Hunter displayed clicks of him carrying two GameStop bags while kneeling next to his mega $2000 donation for the hospital.

Speaking to the Post recently, the teen mentioned how he joined wallstreetbets during his senior year of high school as he believes that is the best place for making investments. According to reports, this young man has made over $30,000 from his $200 call options. But for now, he intends to hold out his 50 shares from the start.
