Prince Charles Kept Reveals He Enjoys Memes And Viral Videos

HRH Prince Charles revealed how watching “hilarious [vrial] videos” and memes kept him entertained while he was in isolation, after contracting the coronavirus last month and had shown “mild symptoms.

The Prince of Wales talks about his discoveries with technology while in quarantine with his wife, Camilla, as he uses video calls and technology to keep in touch with family and friends as he recovers from the disease at his home at the Balmoral estate.

“Younger people shopping for older folk, some making regular telephone calls to those living alone, church services recorded and emailed to parishioners and, of course, we have seen the very best use of technology,” he recounted during an interview.

The Prince continued, “Allowing people to keep working, but also to keep in touch through virtual parties, games, singing — and some of the funniest videos I have seen for a long time!”

The 71-year-old royal has since recovered from COVID-19, and did not mention about his illness during the interview, although he mention that the world should “learn some lessons” from this time.

“When we come out of this pandemic, as we surely will, it seems to me that we must learn some lessons: of the crucial importance of Nature to our well being and to our very existence; of the power of localisation; and simply of a kinder way of being,” he explained.

“After the suffering and the selflessness we are witnessing, we cannot allow ourselves to go back to how we were,” the future king lamented.

The Prince continued that the world needs to remember how “further and equally dangerous issues continue to loom.”

“Let us all therefore pledge ourselves to ‘building back better’ and not lose sight of probably the greatest threat-multiplier of them all: global warming and its most obvious symptom, climate change.”
