Rihanna Rumored To Be Starring In The Upcoming Black Panther Sequel


Speculations are going on about Rihanna because she has appeared in a Google search result as a cast member of Black Panther 2.

The 32-year-old singer was listed as a cast member next to the original stars of Black Panther, such as Michael B. Jordan and Letitia Wright.

After seeing that the Umbrella singer has landed a role in the movie, shocked fans took social media to express their speculations and excitement.

Some users joked about Rihanna’s acting; one user wrote that we saw ‘I’ve seen Rihanna’s acting… How on earth did she pass the auditions for black panther 2?’

Many fans tweeted that they are looking forward to her acting and they are really excited to see her in the movie. One Twitter user wrote, ‘Rihanna is in Black Panther 2? Overexcitement no go kill me.’

However, some of the users were skeptical, and many of them wrote not to believe in this because it is just a Google search result.

But there were some speculations about Rihanna contributing to the soundtrack of the movie. Her fans tweeted that they are really excited, and they are hoping that she will release a new album along with the movie.

Although, it is also a possibility that her name appeared in the cast was just a glitch. Marvel is currently preparing for the production of the second part of Black Panther.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the filming was intended to begin in March next year, but, due to the tragic loss of star Chadwick Boseman, production will start in Atlanta next July.

The shooting will take six months, with the returning stars Letitia Wright, Lupita Nyong’o, Winston Duke, and Angela Bassett.

Letitia Wright, who played Shuri in the film, is rumored to take a larger role in the sequel.

Nevertheless, Marvel has not publicized yet how they plan to continue the story, but they have pointed out that they will not include the late Boseman by CGI.
