Meghan Markle’s half-sister, Samantha Markle has once again made it to headlines by slamming the royal and saying that the duchess is ‘jealous’ of Kate Middleton’s beauty and success and has ruined her birthday on purpose.
While giving an interview to the Daily Star Online, she told that she believes the former Suits actress intentionally made the announcement that she and husband, Prince Harry were stepping down as senior royals on the occasion of Kate’s 38th birthday.
Samantha Markle, 54, thinks that Megan did it on purpose as she is jealous of Kate’s beauty and fame. Her exact words were, “Sad she would do that on Kate’s birthday – I believe she was jealous of beautiful Kate.”
She further added, “She could never compare – Kate is iconic. Perfect Queen material and lovely as a family member especially as a mother.” She also went on to lash out at the Duchess of Sussex, for ‘throwing herself’ at Disney after a video went viral where Prince Harry was seen introducing Megan to the CEO Disney.
Samantha explained, “The Disney move would have been fine if initiated after leaving royal roles but seems inappropriate prematurely.point 239 |
” Not only that, she continued slamming the Duchess stating that, “And disrespectful of royal protocol.point 100 | It’s like cheating on a spouse and giving a phone number for a dinner date before being divorced.point 186 | ”point 193 | 1
The funniest part of Samantha’s interview with the Daily Star Online was saying that Megan used the royal protocol as a “launchpad” to get to a higher place in the showbiz industry that the Suits couldn’t get her.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex made a shocking announcement to step down from the royal family last month and have decided to become financially independent. No doubt that anyone can think of Megan as doing it on purpose as they made the announcement on the eve of Kate Middleton’s birthday.
