President Donald Trump is going viral with his comments on how he’s ‘ashamed’ of endorsing Brian Kemp, Georgia’s governor.
The US President expressed his regrets on the matter, explaining how the Republican has literally done ‘nothing.’ This statement comes in light of Trump’s claims of frauds relating to the recent 2020 US elections.
Moreover, according to the US President, the governor failed to make any advancements with Trump’s claims on frauds of the elections.
The appalling statements came in the form of a telephonic interview with the leader and Fox News recently. And that’s where he pointed fingers towards Kemp as well as Brad Raffensperger, who is Georgia’s Secretary of State. Meanwhile, the President appeared furious about how the leading Peach State officials were doing nothing to help him fight with the great loss in Georgia.
During the fuming interview with anchor host Maria Bartiromo, Trump explained how everything needs to be ‘approved by the legislature.
’ He seconded that thought by claiming how Georgia had plenty of judges calling the shots and making deals. Moreover, he angrily alleged how even electoral officials were involved in making deals.
The President referred to Georgia’s secretary of state as a ‘complete disaster.
’ Meanwhile, he continued to point fingers at the governor, stating how he did nothing. This statement was backed up by, “I am so ashamed that I endorsed him. I look at what is really going on, and it’s so terrible,” he explained.
Despite official results from polls displaying clearly how Biden ‘edged out’ over Donald Trump, the President refuses to accept the loss. In particular, he claims that several of the key swing states such as Georgia were rigged.
The recent comments came just ahead of time as Georgia prepare for another run-off election for the state’s two crucial Senate seats. Hence, it will be interesting to see how things play out, in the coming future.
