Reports confirmed how the President is gearing up for his exit on January 21st, 2021 in Washington D.C. Sources also reported how that will be the same day that the new President-elect, Joe Biden, will assume his position as the 46th president of the United States.

Unlike other previous presidents of the country, Trump still fails to concede the 2020 elections. In the same way, he still hasn’t called his successor, neither has he met him in the White House. And this is a tradition that hasn’t ever taken place.

After Trump’s 2016 Presidential election win, former president Barack Obama met with Trump in the White House, within a few days. Unfortunately, Trump fails to acknowledge Biden’s win by all means.

In another break to common White House traditions, Trump will also not participate in the classic ceremonial affair of power transfer. Therefore, he will skip Biden’s inauguration in favor of his very own departure. This farewell is getting customized to perfection and will take place from Maryland’s Joint Base Andrews.

Other news outlets mentioned how Trump is also considering a really grand sendoff that includes a color guard, luxe red carpets, and a memorable 21-gun-salute. This is a fashion that’s reminiscent of how he’s usually welcomed by nations abroad.
