Trump went on to claim how the letter carried a sentimental tone because he wished to see the new President do well. On the contrary, he went as far as mentioning how the new surge in migrant crisis at the Southern US border was all due to Biden’s poor decision-making. Moreover, he even bashed his successor for his inappropriate immigration policy while he demanded that Biden finish the wall that he once began.

Trump explained how he left a long letter that comprised of a couple of pages long. It was straight from the heart as he wished to see the new leader do well in his position.

For those who may not be aware, it’s a tradition for all outgoing US presidents to leave a letter for their successor but there were also a number of questions as to whether or not Trump would actually do so. After all, he failed to attend Biden’s inauguration and neither did Melania give the new first lady a tour of the West Wing.

However, the country was shocked when local media outlets broke out the news of Trump leaving a letter for his successor. But a lot of speculation surrounded the letter as no one knew what it actually contained in terms of a context. As Biden entered the Oval Office, he received the letter that sat upon his Resolute Desk on the 20th of January.

“I don’t want to say what it contains,” Trump exclaimed during the podcast. “It’s perhaps up to him and I guess he said that he wouldn’t do it, without my approval.” With that said, experts claim that the letter would soon be public, at the right time. Therefore, until then, we need to wait.
