According to media reports, the heartbreakingly tragic incident took place on Monday afternoon in Colorado. To be more specific, police identified the incident at the King Soopers grocery outlet in Boulder. Here is where one gunman who was later identified as Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa opened fire on the shoppers.
