2 Florida Women Caught Dressing As ‘Grannies’ To Get Second Doses Of The Vaccine


Two women from Florida made the headlines after dressing up as senior citizens, just so they could get the priority COVID vaccine.

Authorities confirmed how the women were caught in the unbelievable act, just as they attempted to get their second dose for the COVID-19 vaccine. They were dressed as ‘grannies’, confirmed officials, making them appear much older than their actual age.

The director for Florida’s Department of Health mentioned on Thursday how authorities are still not aware as to how they received their first dose and whether or not they were dressed up at that time too. He confirmed how the women made an attempt to fool officials by arriving dressed in gloves, glasses, as well as bonnets.

According to Orange County’s sheriff’s department, the women’s real ages were declared as 44 and 34. While media sources reached out to them for comments, they haven’t so successful to get a response yet.

News outlets mentioned how the women had valid vaccination cards with them, which confirmed how they received their first vaccination shot. However, when it came down to receiving their second shot, authorities boldly denied it. But how did they figure out their true ages was a question on so many people’s minds.
