The world is turning its attention to a horrifying child sex abuse crime that relates to 77-year-old Lady Lavinia Nourse who hails from Suffolk.
The historic case was recently reopened where she was accused of sexually abusing a young child, under the age of 12. Lady Lavinia was married to Sir Martin Nourse, who was a judge at the high court and had tragically passed away in the year 2017, at the age of 85.
Now, new shocking details into the case have emerged with a man informing the Peterborough court how ‘the shame of what he witnessed just wasn’t his to bear’. According to reports, Lady Lavinia’s friend caught her in bed with the child, in a ‘compromising position’.
Therefore, she was recently charged with 17 counts of sex abuse of a male younger than the age of 12 years. The incident is reported to have taken place during the 1980s, but was reopened by the jury today.
Lady Lavinia was reportedly caught in bed with a child’s head in between her legs, confirmed reports. The witness described how the child wasn’t even fully clothed and how he most likely belonged to the 6 to 7-year-old age group.
Currently, Lady Lavinia is on trial in Suffolk’s Newmarket where her case is being examined at the Nightingale court in Peterborough. Here is where she is faced with jaw-dropping allegations regarding her historic sexual abuse of the 1980s.
Unebelievingly, all of the charges relate to only one of the alleged victims, where there are at least five different counts comprising of indecent assault of the young boy with around 12 counts relating to performing indecency with the child. The now 77-year-old has blatantly denied all of the charges being put forward against her.
On the other hand, the court also spoke about how Sir Martin, her husband, most likely knew about his wife’s indecent behavior and how she sexually abused him, right before his death. Instead of confronting it all, he decided to look to turn around and look the other way.
