Boris Johnson Hospitalized For Second Round Of Covid-19 Testing

Many people were taken aback when they heard that the British prime minister has been struck by the life-threatening pathogen.

Boris Johnson has recently been hospitalized because the Coronavirus symptoms didn’t leave him after 10 days of testing positive. Almost 10 days ago, he was tested positive for the first time, and just because the symptoms didn’t diminish to any extent, he has been taken to the hospital for further testing.

The COVID-19 symptoms that surface at an early stage are fever, flu, dry cough etc. Now these symptoms aren’t unique to Coronavirus patients and this is where it gets more abstruse.

Since Boris was found to be having lasting symptoms, further safety measures had to be taken for the wellbeing of the British prime minister. He couldn’t be left on his own with the prevailing symptoms, so to say.

The housing minister, Robert Jenrick, addressed the media in painstaking detail on Monday. He shared, Boris Johnson has not been admitted on an emergency basis. There’s no heightening risk, and his health is expected to improve.

Johnson isolated himself for nearly a week on the basis of mediocre symptoms that he could notice in his body. He was supposed to self-quarantine for less than 10 days as it can be deduced by the video messages he shared, but because of a steady fever, he extended the duration.

Boris Johnson took a valiant step to impart his health status with the public through his social media handles. He did not try to conceal it for the sake of expediency. This is what he should be accredited for.

At the hospital, he’s going to have his lungs and heart minutely examined. The doctors are going to see if there’s any possibility for oxygen saturation to occur in the near future. And, if there’s an iota of this prime symptom present in his body, they would try their best to cope with it.
