Investigations into the incident revealed how one officer from Loveland named Austin Hopp used his might to forcefully tackle her to the ground, near the road’s side.

The officer was reportedly following the elderly grandmother while driving his patrol vehicle last summer. And that’s because the 73-year-old woman was accused of shoplifting at Walmart. Now as far as those rumors are concerned, her family claims that she managed to slip outside of the store while they weren’t looking and that’s how one thing led to another.

The entire incident took place without the grandmother resisting and that clearly showed the excessive use of force by the cop for no apparent reason.

In the video, you can also hear another passerby question the cop for using this much force and aggression on her. In the end, the 73-year-old woman was left with a dislocated shoulder, sprained wrist, and a fractured humerus bone too. Now, the lawsuit against the police has been filed on her behalf with loved ones looking for justice to be served.
