It’s absolutely true that all heroes don’t wear capes, and all heroes do not look agile and fit, some of them have wrinkled hands and a tired-looking face with multiple folds.
It’s their valor that puts them on such a high pedestal. It’s their spirit of never giving up that makes them go places.
One such person has been recently found in Missouri. Rudolph Rudi Heider is the guy who has set an example worth following by defeating the deadly virus. He is 107 years old and he still got the better of COVID-19. It’s truly worth appreciation that he fought a good fight at such an old age.
This guy’s no lightweight, he has won many battles of his life. He fought his enemies in WWii and exhibited his warfare skills. He came back alive after dispatching many of his enemies to their coffins.
He proved to be a soldier all his life. After the second world war, he didn’t leave the spirit of a true soldier. He was afflicted with Spanish flu and great depression, and he ascended over those two life-threatening diseases as well. He didn’t let any of these diseases prevail over him, and to your surprise, that doesn’t sum up the saga of his bravery.
At the age of 107, he defeated the deadly Coronavirus as well. He didn’t let it swallow his life. When the virus attacked, the soldier retaliated and he miraculously won against it. True, it’s no less than a miracle to have an immune system strong enough to perish a deadly virus.
Not many people of his age have the same amount of gallantry. In fact, it’s not about age – it’s about having the mettle. Many young people have also failed to resist the ungodly virus, and then we have this man who showed such tenacity at the age of 107.
