The duo’s primary focus was India as the nation marks its third day of the increasing number of cases and deaths due to the deadly virus.
The concert in which they will be participating has been given the name ‘Vax Live’ by organizers whose main aim is to reunite the world.
It is being organized by the Global Canadia Citizen, with reports confirming how it will be hosted by star singer Selena Gomez. Moreover, it will be held through virtual means during the first week of May, with both Harry and Meghan playing active roles in restoring faith in humanity.
The concert’s main objective is to celebrate the great hope that has been provided by the rollout of vaccines for the world’s benefit.
35-year-old Harry and 39 years old Meghan are going to be joined by a leading group of top-of-the-line A-list celebs which includes names such as Gayle King, David Letterman, Jimmy Kimmel, Olivia Mun, J-Lo, Chrissy Teigen, Sean Penn, and Ben Affleck.
This sudden announcement coincides with President’s Biden recent announcement of how it plans to hand over every single one of the nation’s AstraZeneca vaccine, which comprises around 60 million doses to India.
